A Day at the Farm

Our city parks has a educational farm for schools and families to visit
throughout the year. We decided the toddlers needed a field trip on
this beautiful fall day.

Scary-Warey Toddler Ghosts

Did a little halloween craft with the grand babies today and this is how it went.

Supplies:
Black stretched artist canvas.

Brushes, white, black and yellow paint, hot glue and
Ribbon for the canvas edge.

The Tools:

Toddler feet

If you can catch them!!!!!

The Process:

Grab a little foot, push it into a thin layer of white paint spread on a
paper plate and press it onto the canvas.

After scrubbing those little feet and laying them down for a nap, paint
a moon and glue ribbon around the edge of the canvas.

Making Punkin's with my Punkin

Daughter Katy and I spent the afternoon crafting tissue, paper mâché pumpkins. Our directions came from a Martha Stewart crafting blog, since I didn't have a subscription to her magazine, not all of the steps were included. So the pumpkins turned out a little weird. Now we have to wait until they are dry before we cut them.

Decorating for Halloween

It's starting to look pretty spooky around the house.
